About
Plumbing service in Orlando since 2021
Lena learned the trade from her dad in Orlando and started Ortiz Plumbing in 2021 after nine years working for other companies.
How we work
We show you the problem before we fix it. We do not push work you do not need. The owner answers the phone and does the work.
You get the price before we start, and it does not change after. We clean up before we leave. You pay when the job is done, by card or check.
What we promise
Four things, every job.
Price before the work
We show you what it costs before we start. The price does not change after.
Shoe covers in your home
We wear shoe covers when we walk through your home.
Cleanup before we leave
We clean up after ourselves before we leave your home.
A call back the same day
We call or text you back within the hour, same day or next day.
